Welcome to the Voice of Raleigh & Frayser Community Action Network.  

Hello,
The Voice of Raleigh and Frayser is comprised of residents and business owners and will be governed by its members and the laws of the State of Tennessee.  Our organization was born out of a need to regain control of our own communities.  This group is set to become the most utilized resource in the Memphis community.  We do not require that you belong to any particular affiliation or possess any previous memberships to join our organization.  Voting members must reside or own a business in the 38127 or 38128 zip codes or the geographical boundaries as outlined in the bylaws for this organization.  Associate members are not bound to the rules governing membership as it pertains to the geographical boundaries.  We do ask that all members whether Voting or Associate, support The Voice through regular participation, dues and activities.
